How long does it take for my order to arrive when it's shipped for free?

A) Usually it will take from 5-7 business days.

I suffer from allergies, do you have any products that are good for me?

A) At Bedroomsilks.com, we sell only the finest silk and bamboo bedding - it's hypoallergenic, resistant to particulates and inhospitable to mites so anything you purchase from us is great for someone who has allergies.

Why should I buy silk bedding when I can buy soft cotton for half the price?

A) Silk is naturally hypoallergenic. It is lightweight, soothing and comfortable. Silk filled comforters and sheets are exceptionally durable and long lived. They are comfortable both in the summer and in the winter. In the summer they wick away the moisture from your body and in the winter they gently form to your body eliminating air pockets and holding in your body heat which keeps you warm.

Plus the essential amino acids found in silk are said to delay wrinkling of the skin, be good for your hair, and help calm you to help you get a restful night's sleep.  So while you could buy a cheap cotton bed set instead, it can't compare to the quality, luxury and comfort of silk!

Your Return policy says I can't return bedding after I've tried it out. How come?

A) While we do provide a manufacturers warranty on all of our goods, federal law prohibits us from reselling used bedding. So if you use it, we can only accept it back if it's defective and then for replacement.
