BEDROOMSILKS.COM SHIPPING POLICY

Products ordered during business hours (8am-5pm PST) will be processed that day and usually shipped the following business day. Orders which are received after hours will be processed and usually shipped the next business day. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product , the distance to the shipping address and your choice of Free Ground Shipping, 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air, or NextDay Air. Distance is determined from the 95035 zip code.

We offer free ground shipping. Free shipping does not apply on shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Standard 3 Year Warranty for silk comforters
This warranty covers any damages or defects caused by the workmanship or materials of the product for three years. It does not cover damage caused by mistreatment (failing to follow care instructions) of the product or by natural disasters. Bedroomsilks will only exchange or repair the product under this warranty.

A 5 Year Extended Warranty for silk comforters is also available.
 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee on all products sold on www.Bedroomsilks.com

All bedding products must be returned in their original packaging, and must be in NEW condition. *This is in accordance with national law.* In the event of a return, the full purchase price of your product will be refunded.

Our return procedures
(1) Contact us with your return request via phone, fax or email.
(2) You will be given a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
(3) Attach RMA# to package.
(4) Send package back to shipper (we will provide address).
(5) Credit is given when the returned item is received, inspected, and processed.
(6) RMA# will expire 30 days from issue, so please send package immediately upon issue.

If you need to exchange merchandise because it is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 business days of reciept.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A Cancellation fee will be applied for orders placed if the following criteria are met:

Cancellation arrangements must be made by phone with our sales representative.
Cancellations must be made the same day the order was placed, during business hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).

VISA / MASTERCARD - 3% OF TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE. (This is what we are charged to process your card)
