Bedroomsilks.com Layaway Terms and Conditions

The minimum order on a layaway purchase is $150.00
Bedroomsilks.com does not charge interest on layaway purchases, and there are no processing fees.
The minimum DOWNPAYMENT required to initiate a layaway purchase is 20% of the total purchase price. After 7 days, this amount becomes non-refundable.
Each subsequent payment must be no less than 10% of the total purchase price.
Subsequent payments must be made within 30 days of the date the previous payment was received. (If you make a payment on January 15th, your next payment is due by February 15th). This date shall be known as the DUE DATE.
Payments received more than 30 days, but less than 60 days after the Due Date shall be subject to a LATE FEE of $10.00 If a payment is not received within 60 days of the Due Date, the layaway purchase shall be cancelled and a refund for the amount paid minus charges, fees and the initial Downpayment shall be given to the purchaser.
After each payment is received, Bedroomsilks.com shall email the purchaser a detailed invoice showing the current payment, the total balance owing and the next due date.
Once the final payment is received, Bedroomsilks.com shall ship the order to the location provided by the purchaser on the Layaway Purchase Form as the Shipping Address. Shipping shall occur within 3 business days following receipt of the final payment.
Layaway orders cancelled within the first 7 days shall be refunded in full. Cancellations occurring after the initial 7 days shall be refunded in full minus the Downpayment. To cancel a layaway order, send an email including your name and layaway account number (found on your layaway invoice) to customerservice@bedroomsilks.com.
